Before now, engineering has been limited by what a person can calculate, iterate, and imagine in the time available. Monumo is developing technology that removes that limit, enabling engineers to explore designs and solve problems that were previously out of reach while accelerating the transition to more efficient and sustainable technologies.

You'll work alongside some of the most talented software and hardware engineers in the field, designing the complex systems that power today's world and the ones that will define tomorrow's. If you want to work on technology that changes what's possible in one of the world's most consequential industries, get in touch with us today.

Engineering

We’re researchers, engineers and scientists from varied backgrounds all bringing our knowledge and curiosity to solve the seriously difficult multi-disciplinary problem of optimising complex engineering systems.

Operations

We keep the business running smoothly day to day, managing the people, processes, and infrastructure that let the engineering and commercial teams move fast while preserving Monumo's culture of flexibility and trust.

Route to market

We take Monumo's AI-powered motor and drive optimisation platform out into the world, partnering with manufacturers and engineers across mobility, robotics, aerospace, energy, and white goods. We help them solve difficult problems, accelerate the design process, and find better designs, faster.

In their words

Christina Pontin, PhD
I wanted to join Monumo for the opportunity to work on exciting new technology with a clear purpose behind it. People here come from a wide range of backgrounds and are genuinely open to other people's ideas. If you think an approach has potential, you are trusted to go and explore it.

Motor design is one of the hardest multidisciplinary problems in engineering. With Anser, engineers finally have a tool that can handle that complexity and change the way they work, much like LLMs did for software engineers. At Monumo I get to tackle this challenge with tools nobody else has.

Rob Tovey, PhD
The best part of Monumo is the team. We have a huge mix of backgrounds where everyone is an expert at what they do and is willing to share or help where possible. It is a great environment to work and push the cutting edge of automated design.
