AI / ML

Training the physics foundation models at the core of our future simulation and optimisation algorithms.

Simulation

Writing software to model physics as quickly and as accurately as possible.

Optimisation

Perform research into intelligent optimisation algorithms, build software around them and our simulators, used to support and run projects for our customers.

E-drive

Providing Monumo’s expertise in electric motor and drives - guiding the development of our core technology and product.

Introduction interview

An initial call where we get the chance to learn more about each other.

Step 3

Technical interview

A skill fit interview specific to the role. It could be a technical presentation, coding challenge, or just a discussion.

Step 4

Life at Monumo interview

Very much not technical, this gives you the chance to find out more about Monumo itself and for us to find out more about you as an individual.

Step 5

Decision

We, and you, decide if it’s mutual fit. If so, we’ll invite you to join the team. If not, we'll definitely let you know.
